We have set a science-based target to achieve net-zero by 2040. Our climate action plans focus on reducing our environmental impact and enhancing climate knowledge through our publications and partnerships with scientific societies.
Nature and biodiversity action
We recognize that biodiversity loss and ecosystem degradation pose critical challenges that require urgent, science-driven solutions. We’ve committed to supporting nature-positive outcomes through our operations and partnerships. We’ve set targets to achieve deforestation-free supply chains by 2025 in alignment with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
To advance this commitment, we are implementing sustainable sourcing practices and working with suppliers to ensure responsible procurement. Through our publications and collaborations, we are advancing the world’s understanding of biodiversity and ecosystem science, including our publication of ecological and environmental journals and partnerships with conservation organizations focused on protecting natural habitats and species.
